The Wallas 88 DU is a compact, diesel-powered two-plate ceramic hob designed for marine and vehicle installations where space, safety, and simplicity are essential. Its flat, low profile, ceramic surface sits neatly within the worktop, creating a modern, minimalist finish that is easy to clean and practical to use.

The 88 DU is designed for efficient everyday cooking without the need for gas. The left cooking zone provides higher heat for boiling and frying, while the right zone operates at a lower output for gentle simmering, offering excellent control in a compact layout.

Fuel is drawn directly from the main diesel tank, removing the need for gas bottles or a separate fuel supply and freeing up valuable onboard space. The fully enclosed combustion system ensures safe operation with no naked flame, making it ideal for mobile and off-grid environments.

Operation is simple and intuitive using the PI Thermo control panel, allowing stepless heat adjustment and easy start-stop control, like a domestic hob.
