The Wallas 87D Diesel Oven and Hob is a high-quality, gas-free cooking solution designed for marine and vehicle installations. Combining a convection oven with an integrated ceramic hob, it provides versatile and efficient cooking in a single compact appliance.

Using advanced convection technology, the oven delivers even and consistent cooking results, while the ceramic hob offers controlled surface cooking without the need for gas. Enhanced internal air circulation ensures reliable performance in mobile and off-grid environments.

The 87D features Wallas’ proven laminar combustion system, providing safe and efficient operation with no naked flame. Diesel is drawn directly from the main fuel tank, eliminating the need for gas bottles or separate fuel tanks and saving valuable onboard space.

Temperature and cooking functions are easy to manage using the Wallas Advanced digital control panel, which clearly displays system status and operating information.

Constructed with a stainless-steel, air-cooled outer casing, the 87D is safe to use even in warm conditions. A gimbal mounting option is supplied as standard, making it well suited to marine use and helping maintain stability underway.

The Wallas 87D delivers the convenience of both an oven and hob in a single, diesel-powered unit, offering reliable cooking performance wherever you travel, an optional blower lid for the hob is available. It is supplied with a 2 + 1 year warranty, with the third year available upon registration of an approved installation.
