Using advanced heat-exchange and convection technology, it delivers fast, even heat distribution for consistent, home-style cooking results, without the high electrical demand of electric or induction ovens. Powered by diesel drawn directly from the main fuel tank, the 76D requires no gas and no separate fuel system. Its typical electrical consumption of 2,6-3,8 A at 12 V significantly reduces the need for large inverters and extensive battery capacity compared to induction cooking, saving system weight and offering a comparable overall cost for off-grid setups. The stainless-steel surface is not only physically appealing, but it is also air-cooled which limits heat entering the cabin, making it safe and enjoyable to use even during the summer season.
